Two-tenths of an inch of snow isn't all that much, but high temps only in the teens and a biting wind makes it about as cold as it gets in Kentucky. The RJ Corman local works its way around the Beltline...I think that's the junction with the old C&O main.

That looks like that new set of tracks that RJ Corman laid a couple years ago that leads down to the Old Road yard in Lexington.
