Canac 8704 MLW S-13u

Retired by CN in 1997 after 38 years of service, the old Moncton unit was sold to Canac, in turn donated to an Albertan museum in 2003. Oddly neither CN nor Canac decaling is present on the engine one of the last CN MLWs on the roster.
Where is that museum set up anyway? The only trains in that place I know of are the CN line that I don't see trains on and that CPR Boxcar-Caboose display in the center of town.
