Amtrak 156

P42 #156 leads the Northbound Coast Starlight under the old SP signal bridge at the North switch on Cascades Summit.
The reason they built the signal bridges so long ago was to give adequate side clearance for the spreaders that clear snow. Why is progress always backwards?
