A slightly unusual lash-up. Two very different GP38's (?) bracket slug 4001 at Green St.

Wow, SOO 4001 was the first SOO unit I've photographed in the Winnipeg deadline back in 2003, just before she got scrapped. Neat seeing her in service, I think it's a fuel tender though, not quite a locomotive.
